Yes. Our hair can be dyed and bleached. We recommend that all colouring services are carried out by a qualified professional to help maintain the integrity and longevity of the hair.
How many bundles do I need?

As a general guide:

  • 20”–24” = 3 bundles for a full install
  • 26”–28” = 4 bundles or more for maximum fullness

The exact number of bundles required may vary depending on your desired look, head size and installation method. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to advise.
Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with all hair extensions. Proper installation, maintenance, and aftercare will help minimise shedding and maximise longevity.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do I care for my extensions?

We recommend using high-quality, sulphate-free products, brushing the hair gently and protecting it at night with a satin bonnet or pillowcase. Proper maintenance will help preserve the quality and lifespan of your extensions.
Do you offer same-day collection?

Yes. We offer same-day collection on selected products within the Birmingham area, subject to stock availability.
Collection appointments are available Monday - Friday until 7:00 pm. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange collection.
