Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or
exchanges on any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, coloured, washed, brushed, or otherwise altered.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the security ties and packaging remain completely intact and the hair has not been removed from its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.

Products must not be installed, altered, coloured, washed or otherwise modified before any claim is reviewed.

Byssine reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined within this policy.
