Shipping & Collection Policy

At BYSSINE, products displayed as available for purchase are held in stock at our UK location and are ready for dispatch or collection.

UK Delivery — Secure Next-Working-Day Delivery

All UK orders are sent using a secure, fully tracked next-working-day delivery service.

Delivery costs £4.99. Orders over £450 qualify for complimentary delivery, applied automatically at checkout. This free delivery threshold applies to UK orders only.

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day for delivery on the next working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm, during weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

European Delivery

Orders shipping to the European Union are delivered via a tracked international delivery service, arriving within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

European delivery costs £15.

Rest of World Delivery

Orders shipping outside the UK and EU are delivered via a tracked international delivery service, arriving within 5 to 10 business days from dispatch.

International delivery costs £25.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their country on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are not collected by BYSSINE at checkout.

Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided when the order was placed.

A signature or other proof of delivery may be required when your order arrives.

Courier Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside our control, including customs processing for European and international orders.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. BYSSINE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Free Same-Day Collection (UK Only)

Customers may collect their order free of charge from our Birmingham location on the same day, subject to available collection slots and an order cut-off of 3:00pm.

Collection by Another Person

If someone other than the person who placed the order is collecting on their behalf, please contact us in advance so we can confirm the arrangement.

Missed Collection Slots

If a collection slot is missed, please contact us to arrange a new time. Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be cancelled and refunded, or redirected to standard delivery at our discretion.
